For the marinade:
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Lime Juice
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 Tbl sesame oil
1 Tbl minced garlic
For the basting sauce:
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup water
1 Tbl rice wine vinegar
2 Tbl fresh ginger root finely chopped
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp White Pepper
2 Tbl Cornstarch
1/4 cup hot water
